Instructions to Fill-In Online Application Form

The applicant must read the following instructions before filling-in the Online Application Form:

  1. A valid mobile number and email id should be used. Two or more applicants cannot use the same mobile number and email id. All future correspondences shall be made through the registered mobile number/ email id only.
  2. It is suggested that the Admit Card of Madhyamik Examination/Secondary Examination (for age proof) should be scanned in JPG/JPEG format having size 100 kb-300 kb.
  3. It is suggested that the Marksheet of Madhyamik Examination/Secondary Examination should be scanned in JPG/JPEG format having size 100 kb-300 kb.
  4. It is suggested that the Marksheet of Higher Secondary (H.S.) Examination should be scanned in JPG/JPEG format having size 100 kb- 300 kb.
  5. It is suggested that all Marksheets (1st – 6th semester) of Hounours/ General Degree, as case may be, should be scanned in JPG/JPEG format separately having size of each image 100 kb- 300 kb.
  6. It is suggested that all Marksheets (1st – 4th semester) of B. Ed., as case may be, should be scanned in JPG/JPEG format separately having size of each image 100 kb- 300 kb.
  7. It is suggested that Caste Certificate (if applicable) should be scanned in JPG/JPEG format having size 100 kb- 300 kb.
  8. It is suggested that Persons with disabilities (PWD) Certificate (if applicable) should be scanned in JPG/JPEG format having size 100 kb- 300 kb.
  9. It is suggested that Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate (if applicable) should be scanned in JPG/JPEG format having size 100 kb- 300 kb.
  10. It is suggested that Aadhaar Card should be scanned in JPG/JPEG format having size 100 kb- 300 kb.
  11. It is suggested that a scanned image of applicant’s recent Passport size colour photograph in JPG/JPEG format having size 100 kb – 300 kb should be ready.
  12. It is suggested that a scanned image of applicant’s signature in JPG/JPEG format having size 100 kb – 300 kb should be ready.
  13. Applicants should remember the following things while filling the percentage of marks of Qualifying Examination (Graduation/Honours/B.Ed.):
    1. Percentage of only Honours subject should be filled in for Bengali, Education and History.
    2. In case of application through B.Ed. (for Education), percentage of overall B.Ed. should be filled in.
    3. Percentage of overall Graduation should be filled in for Journalism & Mass Communication.
  14. Candidate should bear the responsibility for furnishing wrong information while filling in Online Application Form. If any discrepancy is found (regarding the marks/ candidate’s details) at the time of document verification or in future course then his/her candidature may be cancelled accordingly.
